Blok czekoladowy z krakersami

Chocolate block with crackers

Posted by Kamil Siuda day

200 g dark chocolate
0.5 packages of any Smart Nutrition crackers
2 tablespoons of linseed
2 tablespoons of millet flakes
100 g coconut oil
2-3 dried apricots

Prepare the crackers according to the package directions, making a few changes – spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a thinner layer than indicated on the package – as if you were making sesame snaps. Bake at the temperature indicated on the package, but check to see if the crackers are underbaked – their layer is thinner. They should be relatively crispy. Allow to cool. Melt the chocolate and oil in a double boiler. Add the crushed crackers, millet flakes, flax seeds, and chopped apricots to the baking tin. Pour the chocolate and coconut oil mixture over the mixture. Tap the tin on the counter a few times to remove air bubbles. Leave to set, e.g., overnight in the refrigerator.
